Everytime that I call the office it's a 5 star experience. Talking with Sarah, Diane or Claire is a breath of fresh air. It's awesome that a real person answers the phone, and I can have a person to person conversation. Many thanks to these 3 ladies for great customer service and helping me with my auto insurance and homeowner's insurance. They deserve a raise for sure.

I had my first claim with this agency. Someone stole all my belongings and the claim experience has been horrible. State law requires the claim process to be completed in 30 days, and they are already over 60 days and I was told it would be an “additional” 30 days. If you are looking for an insurance company that will give you a smooth process in handling your claim, this is not the agency. Had I knew State Farm would be this difficult to deal with I would have never got insurance with them.

Sure...it can always be the $$$..but Sara at Sean Aldrich -State Farm Insurance..was able to get me not just the best rate...but the best of the best possible service...so...so happy and appreciate the service and great communication...thank You...thank You.
